Shinjo Kaoru, the Bloodspeaker

This work was done for a personal project for the Collectible Card Game of the Legend of the Five Rings. The illustrations were based on a roleplaying campaign.

This character is Shinjo Kaoru, a sinister courtier of the city of Ryoko Owari that after being unmasked as a practitioner of Maho (black magic), she leaves the city after murdering his own father in a bloody ritual. At that time, she was expecting a son of Kuni Kiyonobu... (one of the Player Characters)
